I thought the idea is that orders are prepared in numerical order - WRONG - you prepare what you feel like preparing and stuff the system. complaints all around from the parents but as they have a captive audience they capitalise on it and fail miserably on customer service. Magic Arcade also understaffed - told that most of the staff had not come into work today, really? The staff that had turned up would have done us all a favour if they had stayed at home, slow and inefficient and no managers available to speak to. Cleaners on duty but generally very dirty due to the number of people present - again, more staff would have made a difference particularly in the bathrooms. Don't get me started on the prices of things at the Disney show - R90 for a box of what tasted like 2 day old popcorn. No crowd control, Spur had minimal staff working so empty dirty tables everywhere and huge queues at the door that made walking to the Arena difficult. No additional people on security when you went in the main entrance caused huge queues. Massively crowded which was expected but it seemed like the whole thing had come as a surprise to the Grand West staff. Took 2 children to Disney on Ice, then the Magic Arcade and supper. ![]()
